Share Pledge Services
- Monitor Loans against Shares.
- Vetting transaction documents provided by the Lender.
- Monitor compliance as per Share Pledge Agreement.
- Monitor Valuation of Shares on an ongoing basis.
- Hold shares as security on behalf of Lenders as Share Pledge Trustee.
- Give top-up notice and top-down notice as warranted.
- Intimate Lender upon receiving margin money / top-up.
- Provide monitoring report on daily / weekly / monthly basis reflecting various covenants.
- Sell shares upon invocation of pledge on Lender’s instructions.
- Open escrow account and transfer proceeds of shares received from brokers to Lender’s account on invocation of security.
